Each summer, as the children spend their days without a teacher and homework assignments, they forget the good habits of reading and learning. This sets them behind as the new school year approaches, which can be frustrating for them and their teachers. At Shepherd’s Pantry we encourage the students to be prepared for school and all the fun that comes with learning and exploring. At Summer Reading Camp, they play games, practice reading, writing, science and having fun with learning. Camp is being held for one week from 9am to noon at the Glendora Distribution Center, 657 E. Arrow Hwy, Glendora, CA 91740. Cost is only $5.00 and can be waived if requested. We are open to students who have completed Kindergarten – 8th grade.
