Are you looking to fill your Wednesdays with meaning and purpose? Collect service hours for school, clubs, or college applications? Bring novelty into your retirement? Look no further! Shepherd’s Pantry is in need of volunteers every Wednesday from 9 am – 12 pm and 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm
To accomplish our mission of assisting those in need, Shepherd’s Pantry clients have the opportunity to choose clothing each month. Arranged like a boutique, clients “shop” for clothing, shoes, and accessories during evening distributions. We need volunteers to help stock racks and shelves, guide clients through the aisles, and keep track of time. Mobility issues or introverted? Volunteers also fold and bag selected items for the clients! In the mornings, volunteers process donations by sorting, hanging, and arranging clothing and shoes. Without these volunteers, evening distributions would not be possible.
We need your help to continue to provide this service. We welcome individuals, inviting them to join our incredible team and groups ready to tackle big projects.
