  1. What are the qualifications for our service?

    Must be a resident in the local communities of Azusa, Baldwin Park, Claremont, Covina, Glendora, Hacienda Heights, La Puente, La Verne, San Dimas, W. Covina & Valinda 

    Bring proof of residence i.e. driver's license, utility bill, etc. on your first visit

    Must have a legitimate need (honor system)

  2. How often can you receive food?

    All clients receive food once per month for a total of six months (extended programs are available)

  3. What is the cost for this service?

    There is no monetary charge for any service we provide

  4. How much food is provided?

    Our standard package consists of one box and one grocery bag filled with
    non-perishable foods, plus bread when available. We try to provide enough supplemental food for 3-5 days 

  5. Can special food type requests be made?

    Yes - but fulfillment is based on availability

  6. Do you provide food delivery service?

    Yes, but only in cases where it is impossible for clients to travel to our facility. If you are interested in our
    delivery service, contact: 626-914-4833 X126.

  7. Are baby diapers and food available?

    Yes, but based on supply so be sure to ask for specific needs

  8. If two people live together in the same residence, can both apply for food?

    No - Whether married or single, two people at the same residence are
    considered one family

  9.  Is financial assistance available?

    Here again not at the Pantry, but we have information provided through other organizations that may help you.
